How did I get here?

I consider myself an interdiciplinary professional with one main goal: inspiring and reaching for human potential through every valuable tool, taking knowledge from perennial wisdom as much as neurobiology and scientific research from social psychology.

I studied sociology in the university and then moved to the fashion industry for a decade-long career in the areas of management and creativity.

In 2007 I trained and started to teach yoga and meditation, which I had practiced since I was 18 years old.

In this new field I specialised in mindfulness, functional movement and neurobiology.

I have coached and taught people in many different contexts, from yoga teachers, to corporate individuals, to school teachers, to every person that has reached for support and growth, through mental, physical or awareness practices.

I see the human experience as a multidimensional journey in which maps can be drawn to increased happiness, meaning and performance.

Love, purpose and dedication are the foundation of my work. I believe that our practices shape our brain and our life, so I teach people how to find the right practices in each different context, through a strength-based approach.
